Flirty Girl Fitness Gone Wrong
This one really made my day, and I hope it makes yours too. We love all the new strip tease, pole and flirty girl fitness themes that keep popping up lately, don't we?
Well, these two decided to get a couple chairs out and just bring it!
The little one in the back may have tried a bit TOO hard, though.... I do hope she's okay! Enjoy! ;)
Note: if you do decide to try this at home, be sure not to use the big chairs. Especially if you're only 5 feet tall.

It's so funny that watching either one of them can give you such an in intense belly laugh! Look at the one in the front for a few takes, and you'll be screaming! Then, focus on the other, and you're dying again! ;)

Hey Diva Fitness, I must say that video is quite funny only because you know that these two think that they are all that! I guess that's how they roll....lol On a semi-serious note you have any hints for low impact exercise for someone with spinal stenosis? Have had 2 surgeries due to scar tissue doubtful another one is in the picture. I've read exercise is great for stenosis but need something low impact. Love your blog. thanks
